Very few people need only one thing. A typical package might be personal care each morning, domestic support once a week and a companionship visit on a Thursday. We work that combination out with you at a free home assessment, then adjust it as needs change.
If you are unsure where to start, that is normal. Call and describe the situation in plain terms, and a care advisor will talk you through the options.

We talk through the situation on the phone before anyone visits, so you know what to expect.
Step 2: Free home assessment
We look at the routine, the tasks, the risks and the home itself, then discuss what is realistic.
Step 3: A written plan and clear costs
You get the visits, the tasks and the price in writing before anything is agreed.
Step 4: Reviews as needs change
Care packages are not fixed. We review regularly and adjust the plan when things change.
Care can start quickly when it needs to. If you are arranging support after a hospital discharge or an emergency, tell us and we will do what we can.

Questions about our services
Can I combine more than one service?
Yes, and most people do. A common package is personal care each morning with domestic support weekly. We will suggest a sensible combination at your assessment.
What is the shortest visit you offer?
We build packages around need rather than a fixed minimum, and we will advise honestly if a visit length is too short to deliver the care safely.
Can I change my care package later?
Yes. Needs change, and the plan should change with them. We review packages regularly and you can ask for a review at any time.
How quickly can care start?
Often within a few days, and sooner in an emergency or after a hospital discharge. Tell us the timescale and we will be straight with you about what is possible.
How much notice do I need to give to reduce or stop care?
Notice periods are set out in writing in your care agreement before care begins, so there are never any surprises.
